High School

We are adding a high school to continue partnering with families in providing Christ-centered, academically excellent education through graduation. Our desire is to equip students not only for college and career, but for lifelong faithfulness to Christ.

Our high school will be rooted in biblical truth, focused on academic excellence, committed to discipleship, and intentional about leadership development. Every subject will be taught from a Christian worldview, helping students think biblically about every area of life.

Students who have grown up in our school will experience continuity in culture, doctrine, expectations, and community. We will deepen—not abandon—the values and standards families already trust.

Yes. Our academic program will prepare students for continuing their education beyond high school. We are developing rigorous coursework aligned with college readiness standards.

We plan to offer advanced dual enrollment coursework, allowing students to earn up to 18 college credit hours by the time they graduate.

We will use a biblically faithful, academically rigorous curriculum across all subject areas, ensuring students develop a well-rounded education that encompasses not only academics but also athletics, fine arts, and leadership.

Students will receive official transcripts, GPA calculations, and college counseling support to assist with the admissions process.

Students will participate in regular chapel services, biblical worldview instruction, and mentorship opportunities. Teachers and administrators will intentionally shepherd students spiritually, not just academically.

Yes. Service projects, local outreach, and mission opportunities will be integrated to help students live out their faith. This will include a mission trip opportunity during the senior year.

We plan to offer competitive athletics and will expand programs based on student interest and resources. Our goal is to build programs that emphasize character, teamwork, and Christlike conduct while striving to compete at the highest level.

Students can expect clubs such as student council, the National Honor Society, 4-H, fine arts, leadership opportunities, and academic competitions.

High school faculty will meet appropriate academic and certification standards while affirming our school’s statement of faith. We are committed to hiring teachers who are both qualified educators and faithful Christ followers.

There will be a dedicated high school administrator who will oversee the aides and faculty. As the high school grows, leadership structures will be adjusted to ensure proper oversight and care for students.

We plan to open with the first high school class in the Fall of 2027, beginning with 9th grade and adding one grade per year until full implementation.

Yorktown Christian Academy is currently renovating an existing space that will act exclusively as our High School. This space includes state-of-the-art classrooms, lockers, and a student lounge.

Yes. High school students will follow a schedule specifically designed to prepare them for college-level expectations, including structured study time and increased academic responsibility.

Enrollment is open to current and new families who align with our mission and values, are concerned about growing cultural pressures and overcrowding in public schools, and desire a discipleship-focused education for their children. Admission standards will reflect academic readiness and spiritual fit.

We are committed to maintaining manageable class sizes to ensure personalized instruction and meaningful relationships.

High school tuition will reflect the expanded academic and extracurricular offerings. Specific tuition rates will be announced in the coming months.

As the high school grows, we will evaluate facility needs and expand responsibly.

Our commitment to excellence in PreK–8 remains unchanged. Expansion will enhance, not dilute, our overall mission.
